Sure! it was1kg rhubarb - chopped2.5 cups white vinegar (although I used 1 cup cider and the rest white)3 cups firmly packed brown sugar1 tablespoon white mustard seeds1 teaspoon mixed spice1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (my addition - recipe calls for 1 teaspoon ground ginger but I didn't have any)1.5 cup sultanas (I used 1 cup sultanas and 1/2 cup currants)bring to boil once sugar has disolved then simmer until you get the desired "chutneyish" consistency :*)Be warned I adapted this recipe so can't vouch for the taste. Smelt good though.
